In August 2022, a devoted Amitabh Bachchan fan in Edison, New Jersey created a life-size tribute to Mr. Bachchan outside a private residence. The statue is seated in a familiar television-style pose and protected in a clear enclosure.
What began as a personal fan tribute gradually attracted visitors from around the United States and overseas. Families began stopping for photographs, sharing the destination on social media and leaving messages for the legendary actor.
By 2024, major news outlets reported that Google Maps had recognized the location as a tourist attraction, bringing even more attention to the New Jersey fan landmark.

The installation was created as an expression of admiration for Amitabh Bachchan's decades of work in Indian cinema and television, and for the unique relationship Mr. Bachchan maintains with his worldwide E-Family of fans.
